Hello, I wanted to send an email to you in regards to one of your customer service representatives, Deanna. She called me to inform me that my order from your company would be shipping soon (Cotton Tale Girly lamp and shade). I wanted to let you know that I greatly appreciate her taking the time to do that. Most companies just send emails or sometimes don't send anything at all. It was very nice that she took the time to call me and inform me of some information regarding my order. She was very informative, was able to answer all of my questions, was extremely helpful, and very sweet. I wish there were more customer service representatives like her. If your company does anything for their employees such as awards, raises, etc. I strongly suggest that she receive something. At the very least, please give her a pat on the back for a job well done. I just reviewed my crib bedding was blown away. The quality, style exceeded my expectations; the photo does not do the bedding justice. Considering it was an 8 piece set with all the goodies, it was very affordable, The minky faux rabbit blanket is to die for! I want one of my own!

She was patient with me in deciding how I wanted to exchange them, was very helpful with telling me how to return the diapers, and overall, she was just extremely nice and overly helpful.
