I don't want to leave any of my customers confused. So, I've put together a brief review of our shipping, returns and promotion policies. Shipping, Promotions & Returns:

Do you really offer a full refund on gift baskets that are delivered late?

Absolutely. Here's how it works: All basket orders must be placed by noon EST, in order to be processed that same business day. Your basket will then ship out within 1-2 regular business days. All orders are shipped UPS or FEDEX Ground, and take between 2 and 7 regular business to arrive. Personalized gifts may take an extra 2-3 days to ship. Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout. It's that simple.

What are the restrictions for your free gifts and stuff?

Promotional items are shipped separately from the item ordered. The promotion only applies (unfortunately) to only our customers who live in the lower forty-eight (48) states. The instructions on receiving your free gift are emailed upon valid receipt of order.

Could you explain your price match policy?

The offer extends to any and all of our catalog. If you purchase an item from Bunnyberry and then discover that you can buy the same item for less, give us a chance to match it. Just send us a valid link (it must be within twenty-four hours of your purchase). We'll do our best to try and match it. Remember, this offer applies to items, only. Shipping is not included.

Briefly, explain your return policy?

Of course. Bunnyberry wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you find that your order does not meet your expectations (for any reason), contact us and request a return authorization number. This step is a must.

Just repack it with the packing slip and send it back to us with thirty (30) days of your purchase. There's a restocking fee of 15% of the merchandise cost applied to returned items not for exchange. You are responsible for the return freight. And, we are unable to accept returns of customized or personalized items. All sale/clearance aisle purchases are final. For more detailed information, please read our return policy.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery charges are calculated on a flat-fee basis according to the total value of your order (see chart below). Remember, there is no free shipping on any international order or for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

FURNITURE AND CUSTOM ORDER SHIPMENT TERMS Furniture and or custom made furnishings, bedding, and made-to-order items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned. If you wish to cancel an order for these items, you may do so within two business days of your original order date. STANDARD DELIVERY Standard Delivery for furniture includes placement of the item just inside the main threshold of your home. The items will be delivered by Fed-X. We will email you the tracking and it is your responsibility to check when it will be delivered. You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery. When your order arrives, you are responsible for performing a thorough inspection of your shipment, IN THE PRESENCE OF THE DRIVER. You need to see if the packaging is damaged, open the box, and check for any damage on the item or missing items per the instruction sheet. It is mandatory that you note any damage on the driver's delivery ticket by your signature. Remember, if you sign the delivery ticket without noting damage, we cannot be responsible for assisting you in the repair or replacement of the merchandise. Please notify Bunnyberry of the damage that day, by calling 323-782-7792.
* Free shipping is not available on oversize, or furniture (unless otherwise indicated). Our free shipping promotion applies to ground shipping only and only within the contiguous 48 states. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all US protectorates, ground shipping is available; but, the free shipping does not apply. Fixed rates for Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii are posted separately.
** Rates for items up to 4 lbs. If shipping fees greatly exceed our flat fees, we'll contact you so you can determine your delivery method. Regarding furniture Internationally, our process is as follows; Customer must choose a custom broker from within their borders. The customer assumes complete responsibility for all of the brokers goods and services including, but not limited to, freight costs, duties, taxes, insurance and the broker's fee.

Do you offer Rush Shipping?

Yes. If you need faster service, RUSH DELIVERY shipping is available starting at $55.95 (3 day select). We do not offer overnight shipping. If you have ordered items that have stated delivery charges, such as furniture, those charges will be included in the delivery total.

How fast will I get my order?

Your order receives top priority. Orders are generally shipped by the next business day via USPS from Los Angeles, California. Depending on your location, deliveries can take up to 3 - 7 business days. On rare occasions that orders are drop shipped, shipping is 3 - 7 business days after processing. Rush orders will usually ship via UPS. Rush orders, regardless of delivery, will be processed the same day if the order is received by noon EST (Monday - Friday). Note: Bunnyberry is not responsible for delays due to weather.

Can I track my shipments?

Most definitely. We consider this one of our premiere responsibilities. Those packages that request 2-day, 3-day or overnight will be shipped via UPS. (UPS tracking numbers always begin with a 1Y) All other packages shipped under our standard shipping. Whether its UPS or USPS, all shipments can be tracked via delivery confirmation. For tracking purposes, all USPS deliveries contain only numbers - no letters what so ever . Click on the Track Your Order link to track your packages.

Can my order be sent to a hospital?

While we can have your gift sent to a hospital, we can't accept responsibility for declined or undelivered gifts. Not all hospitals accept patient gifts, so please check with your gift recipient's hospital in advance.
